Everyone thought our animal shows were great, and we also had many people take photos with our many different animals after the show! Pinecrest gardens is a beautiful area, and the Earth Day Festival turned out very nice. Some animals we brought to the event were our capuchins, binturong, lemur, python, crocodile, tiger cub, gibbons, and a few more! Monkeying Around!

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012

On the Left of the photo is Marley and to the right is Sativa, and they are both White-Handed Gibbons! Today we caught them “Monkeying Around”. Also if you notice above them is a new play dome jungle gym that we recently installed in there. They really enjoy using that thing! These primates can really teach you a thing or two on how to really play on a jungle gym. In the wild, Gibbons spend most of their life in the tree-tops and swinging from branch to branch ( The term is called brachiating). To view more photos of Marley then visit Marley’s Gallery OR to view more photos of Sativa, then please visit Sativa’s Gallery.
