The Zoological Wildlife Foundation took a few animals for the De Ona Wedding located in The palm Hotel & Spa. We took one of our Cinnamon Capuchins, dressed up in a tuxedo outfit, and a Siberian Lynx as well! Animals are always a great addition to any event, they make any event that much more special. Xena & Zeus are our new Siberian Lynx Cats! Xena and Zeus are ZWF’s Animal Actors! The Siberian lynx is the largest of the three species of lynx, almost twice as large as the North American lynx. Adult males can weigh as much as eighty-four pounds, with females weighing slightly less. Their yellowish-brown fur shows seasonal variations in color - darker spots in the summer and lighter, almost invisible spots in the winter. The Zoological Wildlife Foundation will be at Pinecrest Gardens for an Earth Day Festival. This is definitely an event you wont want to miss! We will be bringing a variety of wildlife to Pinecrest Gardens, not only to do a presentation but you’ll get to take photos with our furry and scaly friends too! On January 9th 2011, Univision Radio hosted for the community of Miami a Three Kings Parade. Zoological Wildlife Foundation was honored to be a part of the parade on a Jungle float. The Jungle float was featured in the parade filled with exotic wildlife. The animals brought were a Crocodile, Alligator, Parrot, Red-ruffed Lemur, and Monkeys where the apart of the event. Aladdin - Dromedary Camel and Maria - Catalina Macaw

Brauser Miamonodies Academy hosted a Safari party for parents, teachers, friends and students attending.  Zoological Wildlife Foundation was asked to host the event with our exotic wildlife and trained handlers. Aladdin our Dromedary Camel, Sativia our White-handed gibbon, Angelina and Donattela our Tufted Capuchins,  Javi our Red Ruff Lemur, Maria the Catalina Macaw and Rachel our African Milky Eagle Owl were part of the animal actors that attended the Safari party. Please feel free to check our gallery for more pictures.

What is Camp UOTS? Camp UOTS is Camp United Order True Sisters and Miami Children’s Hospital`s doctors and staff united together to give children with cancer a week-long sleep away camp. This camp is organized to give the children a week long, of memorable fun and enjoyment of themselves with postitve reenforcements and activites. On Saturday, July 31, 2010, ZWF and Camp UOTS spent the day together at A.D. Barnes Park with a exotic wildlife. Fang, a young wolf, Matilda, a tiny pygmy goat, Javie, a baby red-ruffed lemur, Sativa, our white-handed Gibbon ape and many exotics were part of the animal show. Campers interacted and learned about exotic wildlife and got to touch with them too. We at ZWF have no words to say how happy we where and still are to have been given such a blessed opportunity to be part of the Camp UOTS event. Thank you!

These are priceless photos, of our Lynx, and a Coatimundi playing together. OF COURSE, we wouldn’t have them playing with each other if they were full grown adults, but right now they are both babies, and they are just having some fun! These photos are too cute for words, and it’s nice to see different species of animals interacting together!

The Zoological Wildlife Foundation would like to introduce you to Leo the Siberian Lynx! Lynx don’t grow very big, but don’t under estimate their size! They are full of mischief and energy. If you would like to see Leo up close and spend some time with him then come by for a tour where you can interact with Leo and all of our other animals! Here are some new additions to ZWF! These baby Tamanduas will just melt your heart. The staff here will be working with them so that later on, we will be able to use them for educational presentation and teach people about these beautiful creatures.
